Geek toy
I've just bought a great geek toy! The folks at the store are real nice to deal with and answer e-mail inquiries quite promptly.

'CexCells', Blaqk Audio's new album
'CexCells' has been in and out of my playlist for a week or so now. I've always been into techno. I never bought any Blaqk Audio albums before because it didn't interest me. I'll have to investigate Blaqk Audio further.

I saw 'The Fog'
I went to the movies last saturday and saw The Fog. A lot op people recommended it so my expectations where high, and I thought it was okay.
The movie had some really bold moments, although Tom Welling's performance is terrific.

Yesterday's dinner
Yesterday Hamish took me to Piranzano. It was crowded. The menu was printed on a tissue thin piece of paper. A colleague recommended it to Hamish. It was very hot inside. I heard their chicken florentine is excellent. It has been serving Italian food for over 20 years. Hamish had been there once before. We had to wait for 15 minutes before we could get a table. I had my reservations because I don't really like Italian food. A colleague recommended it to me.
I was a little surprised to hear that the food is also healthy. I had a great time. We will definitely go there again.

At the movies
I had high expectations because I heard a lot of good things about it, and Duma is enjoyable.

The story of the movie is basically like this. Young Xan (Michaeletos), living a non-traditional life on his parents' ranch in Kenya, takes in an orphaned cheetah cub as a pet. Quickly, Xan and Dooms, as the cub comes to be known, become inseparable friends. Based on Cawthra Hopcraft's picture-book.

Director Carroll Ballard did a reasonably okay job, however I always enjoy Hope Davis.
It's worth the price of an admission ticket and a medium popcorn. It has some interesting ideas.

Useless
I'm vulnerable. I feel disconnected. Yes, the water is stagnating.
Sadness is not nice.
I was just sitting here when the feeling that my angst is not very important, popped into my head.

I'm Busy
Been definitely occupied, so it has been quiet on this blog lately. I was indeed too occupied to blog. Feeling weary.

Sorry, but I hope you can understand that other work does take priority

Kala
I bought 'Kala', the new M.I.A. CD last week.
It wasn't for lack of exposure - Nicodemus is a huge fan.
The album strikes a chord everytime I play it.
Kala has a hidden track, like most albums of M.I.A.. I'd say about 75% of all recent albums contain this 'hidden track' feature.

Frustrated and ugly
Now I know why Hamish ignored me. Lately Hamish took it the wrong way, Hamish acted quite shamelessly though. I'm rundown because Hamish was angry and I don't think it was any reason to get upset. I feel like a wanna give up. They are silly echoes from the past and I need to do something.
